What should I expect during the first appointment?

The initial consultation costs nothing.

Plan on us arriving no later than the time we agreed on, and spending at least an hour conducting water tests, determining pressure & flow rates, taking notes, and asking you questions. This is the only way to design a proper water treatment system.

Finally, we’ll write an estimate and provide available install dates.

What should I expect during a residential installation?

We treat you and your home as we would want to be treated.

  • It’s a priority to operate in a way that is convenient for you. You will have plenty of notice before the water is shut off. Once shut off, the priority is to get the water back on ASAP. By installing a 3-valve bypass (see picture), we are able to work while the home has water pressure.

  • Most installs are completed the same day.

  • Expect clear communication every step of the way. If you wish to learn about your new investment, we’re your educator.

  • New filter media is thoroughly flushed to prevent residue being sent to the house.

  • We’ll leave you with a clean work site; oftentimes cleaner than how we found it.
